I was able to access my resume in the past while applying for jobs on indeed.com

Where are you looking? I'm able to see my resume two ways:

1) To just confirm that it's there, click Find Resumes at the top of the screen, then enter a job title and city or zip code in the text fields you'll see.

2) To edit your resume, click your username/email address in the upper right, then choose Resume from the list of options you'll see.

Had the same problem. The resume link doesn't show when you click on your email address on on every page. To find it, click on FIND JOBS. Then, click on your email address in the upper right-hand corner. Click RESUME.

After logging into your Indeed, you should see a drop down with your name in the top right hand corner. Click that, and then View & Edit Resume. You can also choose to Download Resume.
